eDiscovery Managed Services Pioneer Scott Culbertson Joins Inventus
“Scott is a pioneer of managed services, having helped to build, grow, and sustain these programs for companies across the industry for nearly 15 years,” said Paul Mankoo, CEO of Inventus. “Scott’s background combines a deep understanding of commercial imperatives, IT infrastructure requirements, and nuanced legal process requirements that make him an unparalleled asset to clients looking to solve complex legal process challenges for one predictable flat fee.”
Culbertson joins Inventus from Stroz Friedberg, an Aon Company, where he served as vice president of global managed services. Prior to that, he held various positions at Iris Data Services, an early entrant to the eDiscovery managed services market. Iris was purchased by Epiq Systems, where he designed eDiscovery managed services solutions including complex operational workflows – including early use of technology-assisted review and eDiscovery analytics – as well as ensuring integrations with complex corporate IT systems. While at Epiq, he led a team of international solutions architects, who were responsible for the company’s managed services relationships.
Culbertson is a Relativity Certified Administrator and Certified eDiscovery Specialist, among other analytics expert certifications. He is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from DePaul University.
