CHICAGO – January 13, 2015 – Inventus, LLC, a leading national discovery management practice to Fortune 1000 corporations, global law firms and government agencies, today announced that Ed Fiducia, Inventus’ regional vice president and senior e-discovery consultant, and Andrew Bayer, managing shareholder, Southern California, will give presentations at upcoming regional CLE and MCLE meetings in January.

Fiducia will present on the topic, “Using Technology from Collection through Review,” to the Colorado Defense Lawyers Association. The event will be held Thursday, Jan. 15, at Hacienda Colorado in Denver. CLE credit is available for the event, which explores early parts of the discovery phase of complex litigation. On Friday, Jan. 23, Fiducia will present at an all-day MCLE event hosted by the San Diego Chapter of the Federal Bar Association, Latham and Watkins LLP, Inventus and Aptus Court Reporting. Covering the topics of competence, ethics and the elimination of bias, the event will be held at the Latham & Watkins LLP Del Mar Office in San Diego. “The sheer volume of information is making it virtually mandatory for legal professionals to automate the document review, selection, production and post-production process when it comes to e-discovery,” stated Fiducia. “I work with clients every day that deal with these issues and I am honored to have the opportunity to speak to the members of these organizations about what technology considerations they should be aware of when dealing with the complex issues associated with e-discovery.”
