“The sheer volume of information is making it virtually mandatory for legal professionals to automate the document review, selection, production and post-production process when it comes to e-discovery,” stated Fiducia. “I work with clients every day that deal with these issues and I am honored to have the opportunity to speak to the members of these organizations about what technology considerations they should be aware of when dealing with the complex issues associated with e-discovery.”
